Individual Use and One Account Per Person

Access to and use of the Service is restricted to natural persons for their personal use only. Each person may register, access, use, control, or benefit from a maximum of one account. A person may not create, maintain, access, control, or use multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, through different email addresses, aliases, agents, representatives, automated systems, shared accounts, or accounts held by another person. Users may not transfer, assign, share, lend, sell, or otherwise allow another person or entity to access or control their account.

No legal entity, including but not limited to corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, associations, governmental bodies, or nonprofit organizations, is permitted to register for or use an account, whether directly or indirectly, or through an agent or representative. Accounts created for any purpose other than personal use, accounts created or used in violation of the one-account-per-person rule, and accounts created or used to evade restrictions are unauthorized and may be suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of the Service provider. Valentine Industries Inc. reserves the right to request information to verify eligibility and account ownership, and to suspend or terminate any account that violates this provision.

Minutes

Minutes are provided solely for use within the Service and within systems, products, or services owned or operated by Valentine Industries Inc. or its wholly owned subsidiaries. Minutes have no cash value, do not constitute property, and may not be transferred or redeemed outside of entities owned or controlled by Valentine Industries Inc.

Any sale, transfer, assignment, barter, or other disposition of minutes to or for the benefit of any third party not owned by Valentine Industries Inc., whether directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited and shall be void ab initio.

Users may not create, participate in, or facilitate any external marketplace, exchange, or transfer mechanism for minutes outside of entities owned by Valentine Industries Inc. Minutes may not be used in connection with any external service, wallet, platform, or system not expressly authorized by Valentine Industries Inc.

Users may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical or contractual restrictions related to minutes, including by using intermediaries, agents, automated systems, or third-party services.
