Account Rules

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • One person may use only one account.
  • Accounts are for individual personal use only.
  • Do not share, sell, transfer, automate, or evade restrictions on an account.

Content Rules

Only post images, descriptions, and comments that you have the right to post. You are responsible for what you upload or write.

  • No child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to sexualize minors.
  • No non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, blackmail, or threats to publish private material.
  • No threats, harassment, stalking, targeted abuse, doxxing, or publication of another person's private information.
  • No hate propaganda, violent extremist content, instructions for serious harm, or encouragement of real-world violence.
  • No malware, phishing, spam, scams, credential theft, automated abuse, scraping abuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
  • No impersonation, misleading account use, ban evasion, or coordinated manipulation.
  • No copyrighted, trademarked, private, or confidential material unless you have the right to post it.
  • No illegal content or activity.

NSFW Content

Use the NSFW label when content is not safe for work. The NSFW label does not make prohibited or illegal content allowed.

Minutes

  • Minutes have no cash value and are only for use inside services operated by Valentine Industries Inc. or its wholly owned subsidiaries.
  • Do not sell, trade, transfer, redeem, or create an external market for minutes.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, coordinated behavior, or other evasion to gain, preserve, move, or manipulate minutes.

Moderation

Valentine Industries Inc. may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or report content to authorities when needed to enforce the Terms of Service, these Rules, or applicable law.

Reporting

If you see illegal, abusive, infringing, or rule-breaking content, report it through the contact method published by Valentine Industries Inc. for minuteboard.
